  • Student Appeal Form

    This form is for students to complete if they have been dropped and would like to go through the appeals process to be considered for reinstatement.

  • Summary of Program Expectations

    The Pre-Collegiate staff is committed to your development and success. We ask for a similar commitment from you, as shown through responsible and mature behavior. All Pre-Collegiate students are expected to be aware of and act in accordance with all Program and relevant University policies, as well as with state and federal laws. This form highlights some important Program policies and expectations.

  • Updated Contact Information Form

    Did you recently move, change your phone number or want to update the information we have on file? Complete the Updated Contact Information Form and email it PCDP@uccs.edu to ensure we have your updated contact information.

  • Student Emergency Information Form

    Did you want to update medical or general information we have on file? Complete the Student Emergency Information Form and email it pcdp@uccs.edu to ensure we have your updated contact information.

  • Educational Records Release Form

    The primary objective of the Pre-Collegiate Development Program is to encourage students to enroll in college preparatory courses and become eligible for admission into the University of Colorado. Academic records are needed for evaluation of the academic progress and motivation of participating students. The information obtained from these records shall only be transferred to an outside third party when written consent of the parent(s) or guardian(s) (or student if over 18) is first obtained.

  • Media Release Consent Form

    This form is to be filled by both the student and parent to grant the Program permission to reproduce photographs/videos taken for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration or advertising. Photos and videos are kept on file for a variety of uses (web pages, electronic media, brochures, media requests, press releases, advertisement, etc.).

    UCCS Pre-Collegiate Development Program High School Transition Coaching Workshops 

  • Pre-Collegiate Career Exploration Fair

    Students will be exposed to a variety of college and career options within the five Pre-Collegiate Pathways. This event is mandatory for all newly admitted 9th-grade students.

  • The College Experience: USAFA

    The College Experience conference series gives Pre-Collegiate students the opportunity to experience four unique college campus settings in the Pikes Peak Region. Workshop will include conference style sessions with students, faculty, and staff from the US Air Force Academy, as well as opportunities to experience campus highlights that complement the scholar’s chosen career pathway.

  • Return Ceremony

    Our Return Ceremony is coming right around the corner on Saturday, August 20, 2022! We will be recapping previous programming, sharing exciting updates and expectations for the upcoming year. There will be an opportunity to tour campus, ask questions related to our programming, and win free swag! Refreshments provided.     Join Pre-Collegiate at The College Experience Virtual Resource Fair to learn about community opportunities and practice how to get involved with organizations and intuitions of interest. A chance to explore opportunities that relate to your chosen educational and career pathway.

Scholarship Opportunities for High School Students

  • UCCS Scholarships

    Each year, UCCS students are awarded almost $12 million in scholarships from institutional, local, state and national sources. Visit the UCCS Scholarships page to learn more about these opportunities.

  • Daniel's Fund Scholarship

    The Daniels Scholarship Program offers a comprehensive, four-year college scholarship that provides financial and personal support focused on helping Daniels Scholars succeed in college, and in life. The Daniels Scholarship can be used at any accredited nonprofit college or university in the United States. As of March 2019, the Daniels Scholarship Program has provided more than $188 million in undergraduate scholarships to over 4,160 students.

    Find awards and scholarship opportunities only made available to Colorado students.

  • Wells Fargo Bank Pre-Collegiate Scholarship

    The Wells Fargo Pre-Collegiate Scholarship is a $2,000 annual award given to outstanding graduates of a University of Colorado Pre-Collegiate Development Program.

  • Colorado Educational Services & Development Association (CESDA) Scholarship

    CESDA awards seven $1000 (contingent on the availability of funds) awards each year. Visit the CESDA Scholarship page to review requirements and application instructions.

  • Alisa's Angels Foundation Scholarship

    $5,000 scholarships are available for graduating high school seniors in El Paso and Teller Counties who demonstrate a passion for serving others. No matter what education students pursue after high school (university, community college, trade school).

  • Latin American Educational Foundation (LAEF) Scholarship

    LAEF has been supporting Colorado students and their families since 1949. Scholarships are awarded to Colorado residents (regardless of U.S. permanent legal residency status or U.S. citizenship) based on financial need, leadership potential and character, and service to the community.

  • Boettcher Foundation Scholarship

    The Boettcher Scholarship was founded more than 65 years ago.  Beyond financial support, they provide Scholars with unique enrichment opportunities designed to enhance their learning journeys, launch careers, and cultivate leadership potential.
