Monica Montoya is a first-generation college graduate currently pursuing her Master’s in Marketing. With a strong background in nonprofit work, Monica serves as an Operations Assistant and Media Support Specialist for UCCS Pre-Collegiate, where she focuses on empowering underrepresented youth through education. She specializes in managing marketing campaigns, designing promotional materials, and maintaining brand consistency to amplify organizational impact. Monica is passionate about creating opportunities for others and using her skills to drive meaningful change in her community.
